We can produce them from staved (joined) wood or solid boards which we then CNC machine the corporate details into the surface of the board and then stain the wood in this area.
This process produces a much more charismatic finish than laser etching which burns the wood and prevents the wood character showing through.
We generally use oak as this gives the best colour contract however we can also offer in a range of hardwoods.
