All Mechanical Design is performed using the latest fully licensed Solidworks software.

For any design work the design requirement is captured in the beginning via a functional design specification document which is agreed between Technik Design and the customer prior to any work starting. This is a key document which details the operational requirements, performance criteria, target manufacturing cost and any applicable international standards, codes and practices.

For any project undertaken, design reviews will be set up along the design process to keep the customer fully informed on the stages of the design development. Through extensive experience of mechanical design the best design practices are adopted to meet the requirement.

 

 

Using advanced Solidworks software the design can be digitally prototyped to ensure first time success with manufacture, assembly and product performance.
